Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

All returns must be authorized by Health Source Supplements within 30 days of the purchase date and must include a copy of your invoice.

To request a return, contact order@healthsourcesupplements.com before sending any products back.

Return Eligibility

We accept authorized returns of new, unopened products in their original packaging. Marked, opened, used, or dated products are not eligible for return.

Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Return shipping labels are not provided.

Damaged Products or Order Discrepancies

Please contact order@healthsourcesupplements.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to report damaged products or shipping discrepancies. Include your order number and details of the issue so we can review it and provide instructions.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will process any approved refund within 2 days. The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.
